Rental of the apartment : the prices include linen changed once a week (bed-bath and kitchen linen), water, gas and electricity. In the wintertime ( October, November, December, January, February and March ) gas has to be paid according to consumption (€ 1 m3). In the summertime ( May,June, July, August and September) electricity has to be paid according to consumption ( € 0,3 kw/hour). Booking: 30% of the total rent has to be paid through bank transfer. The receipt has to be sent by fax and the booking is confirmed on receipt of it. The balance has to be paid at the arrival together with a security deposit of € 400 returned at the end of your stay.
